DVR DEJO DECK GRATINGS

Deck gratings are gratings or steps with special cut-outs for inlays. Deck gratings are especially suitable for durable and aesthetic applications in balconies, docks, gardens and terraces, for example. An additional advantage is that efficient use of decking gratings can save a lot of money on the overall steel construction.

The gratings are 'coated' with different materials such as wood, plastic or bamboo. You make the choice of application (aesthetic or load-bearing purposes) and dejo customises the gratings or steps for you. Gratings with cut-outs, kick edges or specific shapes?

Equipped with anti-slip in steel or stainless steel, and/or finished with a one- or two-layer coating in any desired colour? No problem for dejo.

Steel and stainless steel

Deck gratings and steps can be made of steel and stainless steel. If required, dejo can also supply inlay material. This is then made to measure and supplied separately or completely pre-mounted. For the inlay material, you can choose between wood, plastic and bamboo.

 

Deck gratings and steps can be made to measure. You can choose from various mesh widths, spans, thicknesses, edges and sketch plates in various designs. A standard size is based on 60 x 4 bearers with a mesh size of 111 mm and 30 x 3 fillers with a mesh size of 99 mm. A plank size of 98 mm wide and 28 mm thick is usually chosen for the inlays. The maximum grid size is 3 m2.


As a guide to the minimum and maximum dimensions, the following applies:

Finishing:
  • Hot-dip galvanised in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461
  • RVS: Pickled and passivated.
  • Powder coating using TVP Duplex process













The gratings and steps can be fitted with smooth carrier bar or a version with anti-slip serrations. The filler bars usually protrude approx. 2 mm above the inserts, which also creates an anti-slip effect.
