DT DEJO GRIP STEPS

Dejo strip steps, also called perfo steps, are made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium into which holes are punched after which the edges are folded. Thanks to the wide variation in width, height and bending options, strip steps can be used in numerous ways. The various perforation and pattern options make these grids the right choice for industrial applications where high slip protection and drainage are important.

Grip steps are ideally suited for (spiral) stairs and landings. The punched hole design has many advantages including grip and minimal transparency both from above and below. When used in high places, people suffer less from vertigo thanks to reduced visibility.

As standard, dejogrip steps are made of steel plate material 3 mm thick. For low loads, the cheaper 2 mm variant is also an option. For stainless steel and aluminium, 2 mm thick material is always used. The standard height of a step or platform section is 43 mm. 

Most steps are delivered galvanised with gusset plates so that they can be bolted on site. The elements can also be delivered unprocessed and without sketch plate. In that case, the treads are welded to the stringers in the workshop, after which the construction as a whole is galvanised.

The stainless steel treads are delivered pickled as standard and the aluminium treads are annodised as standard.

Dimensions
Can be produced in all sizes, height depending on width and application / maximum bending up to a length of 3000 mm

Dejo uses the following dimensions in accordance with the international DIN standard as standard for the side panels. A different gusset plate with a different pitch can be produced on request.
