What is your delivery time?
If your order belongs to our stock grids/steps, we deliver within 2-3 days BENELUX, across the EU 5-7 days.
Delivery times with regard to custom-made products are on request and strongly depend on the capacity in the factory and the capacity in the work preparation department. Usually allow 3-4 weeks for special dimensions and 4-6 weeks for extra cut-outs and welded-on material. If the gratings need to be coated as well as galvanised, another 1-2 weeks are added for the Wolvega location, including preparation for coating (polishing).
Within what time frame can I expect a quote?
We aim to send the quote within the same day to a maximum of a week after request. This depends on your requirements.
