Punched bearing bars
From the roll, carrier bars are punched and produced to the required length.
CNC-cut outs
On our CNC cutting machine, the cut-outs are cut out computer-controlled.
Hot-dip galvanising
To provide lasting protection for our products, the steel gratings, steps and fasteners are hot-dip galvanised in a bath of 450 degrees Celsius.
Mounting gratingss
During mounting, the bearing bars are positioned so that the filler bars can be inserted fully automatically. Bearing and filler bars are then compressed under high pressure.
Welding boxes
The special gratings are fitted with welded-on material such as hinges, lifting eyes, angle steel and various other accessories.
Preservation by powder coating
The steel galvanised, stainless steel and aluminium products can be powder-coated in any RAL colour. The colour gives the products an aesthetic appearance that greatly expands the architectural possibilities.
Edge welding with MIG welding robot
It is impossible to imagine the manufacturing process without the welding robot. Depending on the joint required, it uses: resistance welding, press welding or MIG robot welding.
Automatic palletising
Magnetic stackers ensure an efficient logistics process, making hoisting and lifting a thing of the past.
Storage and delivery
In our stock warehouse, we stock more than 300 gratings, steps and clamps that we can ship within 24 hours in BENELUX and acroos EU 3-4 days . In an emergency, stock items can be collected or sent by courier.
