DPH DEJO HEAVY-DUTY GRID

The dejo grating DPH is a commonly used type for heavy loads such as freight traffic and forklift trucks. The load on a grating is determined by the interplay of forces of span, bearing bars and mesh pattern. More span gives more deflection and thus a lower load. A denser mesh pattern gives more load-bearing bars per grating and thus a higher load. The use of heavier load-bearing bars speaks for itself.

The DPH grating with bearing bars 150-5, filler bars 30-5 and meshes 33x33 is a common type for heavy traffic with a maximum load of 12 tonnes per wheel at a span of 1000 mm.

Various meshes
dejo offers the possibility to produce gratings in different mesh sizes. Usually, press gratings are produced as standard in mesh 33.33 x 33.33 mm. But dejo can produce gratings in many different meshes: e.g. 16x22 mm, 22x16 mm and 22x44 mm etc.
